The "Helping Hands" volunteer program uses the energy of community-minded citizens to help staff live up to the high expectations Campbell County citizens have set for their library. Volunteers help with many "behind-the-scenes" tasks.
If you are interested in volunteering at your local public library, pick up an application at the Circulation desk or download a copy below. You will be called for an interview once your completed form is received. You must commit to a minimum of two hours per week for six weeks. You will be trained in the job that is assigned and given support by all library staff. Volunteers are always needed.

- For Teens - Teens must be in Junior High or older. Sign-ups are in January, June, and September.

The library offers teen volunteer activities at three different levels. Teens may volunteer to be on the Teen Advisory Board, attending one meeting a month. They may volunteer once a week to help in a library department, we ask for a two hour a week commitment. Or they may be a programming volunteer coming to the library to help at a scheduled children program, teen program or adult program as needed.
